WHAT HALALEATS SG IS

HalalEats SG is an independent information tool that helps you find MUIS-certified halal restaurants and eateries in Singapore. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura), any government body, or any establishment listed in the app.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Information in the app is drawn from public sources including the MUIS Halal Directory and Google Places. We strive for accuracy but we cannot guarantee that all data is current or complete.

• Halal certifications change. Always verify a venue's current certification status at the premises or at halal.muis.gov.sg.
• AI-generated responses may contain errors. Do not rely solely on the app's answers for religious dietary decisions.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Singapore law.
• Attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the app at a rate that impairs service for other users.
• Submit content that is false, misleading, or harmful.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The HalalEats SG name, design, and original content are owned by the operator. Data sourced from MUIS and Google Places remains the property of their respective owners and is used in accordance with their terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HalalEats SG is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on information provided by the app.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
